Please write down or photograph the number that is indicated on the return label under the barcode. With this number you can follow the journey of your return online and check if it is the right one and if it arrives or has arrived at our place. Please keep the receipt that you receive when you return your parcel and take a picture of it, just in case. In case of a package loss we need it for tracing. We can only take responsibility once the package has reached our warehouse. You will be informed by e-mail as soon as we have received your return.

For returns, we recommend that you use package tracking, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns. Your return is not our responsibility until the package reaches our warehouse. You will be informed by email as soon as we have received your package.


If your order is over € 100,-, you can return it free of charge. To make the return shipment easier, you can use our enclosed return label or contact us to get a free return label. The use is optional and does not limit your right of withdrawal in any way.
If you want to return bulky goods such as surfboards etc., please contact our Customer Service beforehand - as these are excluded from a free return delivery and the costs for the shipping have to be paid by the shipping company itself. Please contact our Customer Service to save your wallet and ask for the best and cheapest return option.


If your order value is less than € 100,-, then you have to pay the shipping costs for the return shipment yourself. You can then choose which service you would like to use to return the package. In this case we recommend to compare the prices (DHL, Hermes, DPD, UPS etc ...).


If you do not like a product, you can cancel your order within this two-week period from receipt of the goods by clear declaration. The revocation does not require a reason or binding form, so it can be made verbally or in text form (e.g. as a letter, fax, e-mail or via the revocation form).

Right of revocation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Surfganic, Finkenweg 7, 33378 Rheda-Wiedenbrück, Germany, Email: support@surfganic.com, Phone: 015901712899 by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email sent by post) of your decision to revoke this contract.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this Agreement. For this repayment we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event within fourteen days at the latest from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this agreement. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

We shall bear the costs of returning the goods.

You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Special notes

If you finance this contract through a loan and later revoke it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is to be assumed in particular if we are your lender at the same time or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to the financing. If we have already received the loan when the revocation becomes effective or when the goods are returned, your lender will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the contract in question concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives) If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as far as possible, make use of your right of revocation and also revoke the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of revocation for this.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

- the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded;

- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, other than subscription contracts

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

- for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery

- for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after supply.


It is also possible to exchange goods in one of our shops for another article or a voucher. Of course we will be happy to advise you on site and help you find the perfect product for you.

If you wish a return transfer of the value of the goods, we will first forward your order to our warehouse, and then the return transfer will take place, as we first have to check the goods for possible damage. Please note that we do not pay out the value of your order in cash. 
For a quick and easy reversal, we ask you to bring the original invoice.


If you want to return the goods because of a delivery error or damage to the package or the goods, here are the instructions.


If your purchased goods show a quality defect, material defect or production error, it is a case of complaint.

In general, we recommend that you contact our Customer Service first.

We need a detailed error description with photos of you, so that we can assess your complaint in advance and help you as quickly as possible and inform you about the further procedure.

Please understand that the processing time varies depending on the manufacturer. On average it takes at least 4-6 weeks.

ATTENTION: The warranty is subject to the regulations of the respective manufacturer and is described in the enclosed warranty card or on the manufacturer's website.


One speaks of a quality defect, material defect or production error if, to give an example, a zipper no longer closes, your SUP loses air, etc. The exact assessment can only be made by the manufacturer.

The warranty, which covers material & manufacturing defects, varies depending on the product and manufacturer. Should a problem occur during proper use within the warranty period, you should and can complain about the product.

If the complaint is justified, your product will be repaired if possible, if not, the product will be replaced. If the same product is no longer available, you will receive an equivalent model in the same price range as the product you are complaining about. As soon as we have received a replacement from the manufacturer, we will send it to you free of charge.
Please note that the manufacturer and we are not obliged to replace the same model.

In the event that the manufacturer considers your complaint to be unjustified (e.g. if the product has been damaged due to improper use or careless handling), the product you are complaining about will be returned to you immediately. In some cases, however, the manufacturer offers special conditions for replacement, in which case we will inform you immediately.
Please be aware that the manufacturer does not accept cash payments.


Gift vouchers (i.e. vouchers that have been purchased) will be credited in the event of a return. You will receive with your consent according to the value of the return the whole or a part of the voucher value on your customer account. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.


Advertising & Promotions:
Please note that if you return an item purchased as part of a promotion, the promotion will be void. This means that the claim to the free article or the savings expires. Sale goods cannot be exchanged.

Promotional vouchers:
Please note that a promotion voucher is not refundable if goods are returned in whole or in part. In addition, certain promotion vouchers are only valid for the specified period of time and within the scope of the associated promotion.


For returns we reserve the right to charge the standard shipping costs. E.g. if the value of the order minus the return falls below the free shipping limit.

Example: In Germany the shipping is free for orders of 40 € or more. If you order two items in one order with 25 € each and return one, we reserve the right to charge you the 25 € minus the standard shipping costs.

Preassembled SKI-SETS

Please note that pre-assembled ski sets represent an adaptation of the products to your personal needs and are therefore excluded from return.

Return of surfboards and SUPS

If your order was delivered by Hermes or a forwarding agent, you have to bear the costs of a return shipment. Our Customer Service will be happy to help you with an uncomplicated return shipment that will save your wallet. Therefore please contact our Custom Service.
